Sorting out a home after someone close to you dies can feel difficult. At Złoty Liść, you can ask about contact with a separate company providing cleaning and decontamination. A short description of what is needed is enough to start.
Prepare the details for an estimate
- The address, approximate size and rooms needing attention.
- The known condition of the property and arrangements for access.
- Documents, photographs and belongings you want preserved.
- Your preferred timing and the person agreeing the work.
You do not need to include photographs with your first enquiry. If images are needed for assessment, agree how to share them with the provider.
Agree the work with the provider
A separate company carries out the cleaning, with its own scope and charges. After assessment, the provider explains the proposed work, timing and conditions for using the home again. Before booking, confirm the company’s identity, full cost, access and which belongings may be removed. Identify who can approve any additional work.
