The farewell hall
We can arrange the care, ceremony and cemetery details for a burial in Warsaw. Tell us about any wishes your relative expressed and whether there is an existing family grave.
From collection to the burial
- Arrange collection following the required medical documentation and release instructions.
- Discuss clothing, preparation and an optional private farewell.
- Agree the ceremony, cemetery and date.
- Confirm the coffin, transport and other chosen services.
- Bring the arrangements together for the ceremony and burial.
The preparation may take place before the funeral day. You can choose a farewell with the coffin closed or discuss whether a viewing is suitable.
Check the cemetery and family grave
If a family grave exists, provide the cemetery name, grave reference and any documents you have. The cemetery administration must confirm whether it can be used and which permissions, work and charges apply.
If a new grave is needed, we can help you discuss the available arrangements with the cemetery. Confirm the burial date before sending notices or making final travel bookings.
Agree the arrangements and costs
Our two chapels at ul. Fosa 19a are available for an agreed farewell. Ask for the estimate to identify our services and any cemetery, parish or other external charges.
We offer direct settlement of eligible ZUS funeral benefits. Confirm the amount to be credited, any remaining balance and payment dates for your case. A free adviser visit at home is also available.
