We can call you back.
Leave your number for a conversation about how we can help.
The farewell hall
Our adviser can come to your home free of charge to discuss a funeral. Tell us where you would like to meet and we will agree the appointment with you.
Arrange the visit
Use the contact or callback option to ask for a home meeting. The first conversation can simply establish the location, a suitable time and what you need help with.
You are welcome to have a relative or friend present. Tell us about any access needs or preferred language when arranging the meeting so the practical details can be confirmed.

What you can discuss
- The immediate care and documents already arranged.
- Burial or cremation, the cemetery and any existing family grave.
- The farewell, ceremony and wishes that matter to you.
- An itemised estimate, payment dates and any eligible benefit settlement.
You can leave undecided details for a further conversation. A meeting can still be useful if you are unsure about the ceremony or do not yet have all the documents.
What helps to have ready
- The death card or information about where it will be issued.
- Available identification details for your relative and the person arranging the funeral.
- A cemetery name or grave reference, if there is one.
- Any written wishes or questions you want to discuss.
The adviser can identify what is missing and which authorisations may be needed. Ask before handing over originals so you know what will be taken and how it will be used.
