Our funeral home

At Złoty Liść, bereavement companionship means listening, emotional support and practical help with the farewell and formalities. You can begin with whatever feels hardest today, without preparing a detailed account of your circumstances.

What happens when you first contact us

During the first call, we discuss the help you need and how you would prefer to continue. Useful details are:

  • Whether you want companionship, help with farewell decisions or paperwork.
  • Your preferred contact format and language.
  • Questions about availability and any cost.

One question is enough to begin; you do not need to explain every detail of the loss.

Agree the support that suits you

We can discuss farewell arrangements, questions about paperwork and concerns you would rather not face alone. You choose what to share, and someone close to you can join the conversation. Companionship is not psychological counselling or psychotherapy. Before arranging further support, clarify its scope, availability, contact person and any charges. These details need to be agreed for your circumstances.
