Złoty Liść funeral home
How our team supports you
The people involved in arrangements, care and the funeral itself.
We can call you back.
Leave your number for a conversation about how we can help.
The farewell hall
Different people may help with your arrangements, your relative's care and the ceremony. Ask who is responsible for each part and how to reach the team with a question.
Your funeral arrangements
The adviser discusses the funeral choices, documents, costs and appointments with you. At the first conversation, explain any wishes already recorded and what still needs to be decided.
Tell us your preferred language and whether you are arranging from abroad. We will confirm how to communicate and which contact to use as the arrangements progress.
A free home visit is available if you would prefer to meet there.
Care and preparation
The care team handles the agreed preparation at our facilities. Złoty Liść has its own mortuary and cold storage at Fosa 19a, alongside two chapels and an on-site crematorium.
Share any clothing, personal-item or religious wishes with the adviser. If specialist preparation or a medical examination is being considered, ask who will perform it, what it involves and how its scope is agreed.
People involved in the ceremony
The ceremony may also involve a priest or celebrant, cemetery staff, musicians or other providers. The arrangements should identify who is doing what and which services are included in the estimate.
Before the funeral, check the order of events, the meeting place and whom a family member should contact about a change. If several relatives are involved, agreeing one person to coordinate updates can make communication easier.
Let’s talk about how we can help.
You do not need to have everything decided. We can work through the next step together.
