Support with funeral arrangements
24-hour funeral assistance in Warsaw
Help with the next step after a death, day or night.
If you are unsure whether they have died and they are unresponsive or not breathing normally, call 112 or 999 first and follow the dispatcher’s instructions.
We can call you back.
Leave your number for a conversation about how we can help.
Our funeral home
Our funeral assistance line is available 24 hours a day. You can ask about the next step before you have gathered every document or decided on the funeral.

If a death has just happened
If someone is unresponsive, is not breathing normally, or may still be alive, call 112 or 999 immediately and follow the dispatcher's instructions. Funeral assistance cannot replace emergency medical help.
For an expected death at home, contact the treating doctor or hospice team about confirmation and the death card. In a hospital or hospice, ask staff about the document and release arrangements.
Tell us where help is needed
- The address, hospital or other location in Warsaw.
- Whether the death has been confirmed and the death card issued.
- Any instructions from medical staff or the authorities.
- Your relationship to the person and how to contact you.
We can discuss collection and care once the necessary arrangements are in place. The funeral date is agreed separately; collection does not mean that every ceremony choice must be made that night.
Plan the following arrangements
Our care facilities, own crematorium and two chapels are at ul. Fosa 19a. The adviser can explain the available farewell options and the documents needed for your case.
A home adviser visit is free of charge. If you are abroad, tell us your time zone and preferred language when arranging further contact. Confirm the agreed services, costs and payment arrangements before authorising them.

You do not need to have everything decided. We can work through the next step together.
